SeAH Holdings Becomes the First Korean Company to Be Recognized for Two Consecutive Years as one of the "World’s Most Ethical Companies®"

Selected as one of Ethisphere’s "World’s Most Ethical Companies 2025®," marking the first time a Korean company has achieved this honor for two consecutive years. Recognized for strengthening "Board-Centered" Responsible Management and enhancing the "Third-Party Risk Management" system to establish a transparent governance structure. Expected to further spread a culture of corporate integrity and trust among stakeholders by promoting and practicing high ethical awareness across the group



SeAH Holdings (Co-CEOs: Tae-Sung Lee, Young-Joo Yang) announced on the 12th that it has been selected as one of the "World’s Most Ethical Companies® 2025" by Ethisphere),¹ a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices. This marks the second consecutive year that SeAH Holdings has received this recognition.


Ethisphere has been recognizing the World’s Most Ethical Companies since 2006. This year, 136 honorees were recognized spanning 19 countries and 44 industries, and SeAH Holdings is the first Korean company to receive this honor for two consecutive years.

This year’s World’s Most Ethical Companies® Honorees outperformed a comparable ethical index of global companies by 7.8 percentage points from January 2020 to January 2025.
